James Steffes – President, Green Mountain Energy
After joining Green Mountain in July 2012, Jim leads the overall corporate strategy for the nation’s longest serving renewable energy retailer. He is a big believer in using the power of consumer electricity choice to drive a sustainable future.

Shay Ohrel – Sales Director, Green Mountain Energy™ Solutions
Shay wears multiple hats at Green Mountain and is currently balancing several important duties. In his role as Sales Director with Green Mountain Energy™ Solutions, Shay engages businesses nationwide on sustainability initiatives related to energy and carbon emissions.  When not traveling the country to meet with customers and speak at conferences, he also manages the company’s portfolios of Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) and carbon offsets.  Over his energy career, Shay has built an in-depth knowledge of the carbon services sector.

Robert Garrett – Sales Director, Green Mountain Energy™ Solutions
Robert joined the Green Mountain Energy™ Solutions team earlier this year and brings with him a wealth of expertise in the solar industry.  In his current role, Robert works with commercial/institutional customers across the U.S. to help them implement holistic, sustainable energy solutions that positively impact the triple bottom line.  Prior to joining Green Mountain, Robert was in sales leadership roles with several clean-tech startups, where he focused on Distributed Solar PV and Energy Management Systems/Sub-Metering.

Cyndy Reynolds – ERCOT Commercial Sales Manager, Green Mountain
With her strong experience in the ERCOT retail market and excellent sales skills, Cyndy is a key player on the Green Mountain commercial sales team, where she is responsible for the strategic growth and development of the Texas sales channels.   Prior to joining Green Mountain, Cyndy achieved success in various sales positions for other retail electric providers, including stints in Direct Sales and Indirect Channel Management.

Jayana Verderosa – New York Commercial Sales Manager, Green Mountain
As the manager of the New York commercial market for Green Mountain, Jayana supervises a portfolio of 50 energy brokers as well as the company’s small business direct sales team.  Her energy expertise in the Northeastern part of the country helps fuel Jayana’s success delivering Green Mountain cleaner energy products to businesses in the New York City neighborhoods and boroughs.  Jayana had strong experience in National Accounts Sales prior to joining the Green Mountain team.
